Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking.
2. Once the booking receipt has been issued, guests are liable for payment of the balance. The balance of the rental is due 28 days prior to the start date of the holiday.
3. Should the hirer wish to cancel following payment of the deposit the owners will make every effort to re-let. Should this not be possible, the hirer will remain liable for the full cost of the rental.
4. The cottages are available from 3pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
5. Guests will be responsible for all breakages and damages and these should be reported to the owners before departure.
6. Games room equipment is used at guests' risk and children must be supervised at all times.
7. Guests staying in Coach House with a dog are responsible at all times to ensure the dog is kept under control. Dogs must not be left alone in the cottage at any time.
